    Stewart McGuire

    Stewart combines deep technology and finance expertise across software development, competitive analysis, investment banking and corporate strategy. His career spanned roles at various financial institutions, including CIBC, TD Securities and Credit Suisse, before he moved into industry in 2018 with Ocado.

    At Ocado, he led key transactions including the $260m acquisition of an AI-driven machine vision company and ran their ventures team investing in autonomous vehicle software and automation technologies. Stewart is known for creative problem-solving and brings extensive board experience. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McMaster University, an MBA from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.

    Aidan Neill

    Aidan is an ex-investment banker who founded and scaled Bitposter, an advertising technology business, using AI and process automation to build a digital media trading platform. The business reached £30m in revenue off limited external capital and was successfully sold to a US trade buyer in late 2024. 

    He is an active venture investor within the martech and fintech sectors and is a non-executive advisor to Silvertide, a data analytics business using machine learning to enhance trading strategies for some of the world’s largest hedge funds. He’s a non-executive advisor to The Goodnet, an ESG data company with a mission to deliver high performance advertising while aligning brand investments with the UN sustainability goals. He holds an MBA with distinction from London Business School, and is an Economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.

  • Mark Bloomfield

    Dr. Mark Bloomfield is a Fellow in AI/ML at the University of Cambridge and founder of Turbulence, which helps organisations implement future-facing innovation strategies for sustainable competitive advantage. He previously served as Director of Commercial Transformation at Global Media & Entertainment, where he focused on business process optimisation around inventory management and pricing optimisation. Previously, as Head of Operations Research at Thomas Cook Group, he led teams driving sophisticated pricing and inventory optimisation initiatives that substantially improved operational efficiency. 

    Mark holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering developed in partnership with Airbus, combining deep technical expertise with practical business applications to effectively translate complex AI concepts into measurable commercial outcomes and organisational transformation.


  • Angus Peters

    Dr. Angus Peters holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, where he applied optimisation, signal processing and statistical analysis to generate actionable insight and challenge industry standards.

    He began his career at PolyChord, a spin-out from Cambridge’s astrophysics department, developing core optimisation and inference algorithms for defence and transport applications. He then joined Virgin Atlantic as an Operational Researcher and Machine Learning Engineer, solving complex network and scheduling problems and leading improvements in fleet management and operational efficiency.

    Angus is currently an Operational Research and Machine Learning Engineer at Deliveroo, where he designs and deploys advanced optimisation and machine learning solutions to improve marketplace performance and operational resilience at scale. His work sits at the intersection of rigorous quantitative modelling and commercial decision-making, with a consistent focus on measurable business impact.
